Jane is also a published Author/Blogger, Speaker, and Presenter and earned her Masters of Science in Psychology from Walden University and is also completing her Ph.D. in Psychology ABD. Brandy Schade is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach with 20+ years of industry experience and brings 5+ years of dedicated coaching experience. She has coached and consulted 1200+ professionals across the globe and has facilitated workshops for a diverse set of departments, organizations and industries across 15+ countries and has extensive experience in operations, consulting, technology and pricing.
Brandy is passionate about increasing self-awareness to leverage strengths, enhance engagement, increase performance and ultimately get results. She loves to create awareness around others' strengths to form strong partnerships and strengthen team performance. She aims to develop strong, effective leaders that create strengths-based cultures so organizations and the people within them thrive.
Brandy is an inspirational speaker who earned her actuarial science BSBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her Information Systems Management master's degree from Walden University.
She proudly supports O.U.R. to reduce current day enslavement. She also helps participants reach their health goals by teaching fun, energetic fitness classes in her spare time.
