Talent Advisory -  The “War for Talent” has evolved over the past 22 years when Steven Hankin of McKinsey & Company in 1997, and a book by Ed Michaels, Helen Handfield-Jones, and Beth Axelrod, Harvard Business Press coined the term. The war for talent has increasingly become one of the most challenging responsibilities of an organization’s leadership as well as for the company’s Human Resources/Talent Acquisition/Recruiting teams. Outplacement Services - When it comes to executives in transition, we provide measurable results and a commitment to provide the highest quality of outplacement services from day one. Every executive is provided a dedicated executive career coach who works one-on-one with them. In today’s highly competitive world of work, we provide a proven coaching methodology and process that works! We offer two executive outplacement programs for our clients to choose from based on each executive’s unique needs. Below is a high-level overview of what is needed (at a minimum) to effectively take oneself to market and win. 

  • The Executive Outplacement Gold Collateral Coaching Program—This is the “gold standard” for an executive’s career transition launch plus collateral. Learning how to find “best fit” companies and positions and learning how to modify collateral to effectively apply, compete and win; and how to build executive collateral to “go to market” effectively. This program is composed of the following components and includes:
  • How to Find “Fit”—Coaching begins with "HOW" to effectively apply to “best fit” jobs.
  • How to Build an Executive Brand—A Brand must be holistic enough to allow an executive to apply to similar types of jobs in their area of expertise as well as unique enough to differentiate from the competition. 
  • How to Build Executive Collateral—Executive collateral includes resume, cover letter, brand and social media and a LinkedIn Profile that rises above the competition and with a brand that differentiates well enough to compete successfully.
  • Executive Career Coaching—Raises the bar for executives to accelerate and launch their career transition, compete and win. Executive career coaching includes all of the above as well as guiding each executive in transition to learn how to differentiate and promote oneself, take oneself to market and continue to rise above the competition by leveraging LinkedIn and learning how to float one’s profile above the competition in area of strength and specialization.

Time with Executive Career Coach 2-3 hours of 1-2-1 time via Zoom online. 


The Executive Outplacement Platinum Coaching Program—This program is for companies wanting to provide the highest level of executive career coaching for their executives during outplacement. This program is for executives who want to explore what they should do next in their career and for those that want to take a deep dive into their strengths and past experiences and learn how they can leverage all that into their next career (a career where they can thrive not just survive). 

  • This program is an intensive 3-month executive outplacement coaching program where each month scheduled weekly coaching sessions take place via Zoom online sessions with an Executive Career Transition Coach.
