Jane is also a published Author/Blogger, Speaker, and Presenter and earned her Master of Science in Psychology from Walden University, Suma Cum Laude and is also completing her Ph.D. in Psychology in first quarter 2023. Ruben C. DeLeon's 20 years of experience consists of valuable in-house corporate law experience in Intellectual Property, Commercial Litigation, Contracts and General Corporate law. Mr. DeLeon worked for prominent Texas law firms where he obtained more than a thousand patents and trademarks for his clients and successfully represented various small and large companies in litigation.
Having worked for large law firms, Mr. DeLeon prefers to focus his practice on providing a more individually-targeted service to his clients. This allows him to maximize attention to clients while minimizing their costs. In addition to his corporate and large law firm background, Ruben is also an adjunct professor of Intellectual Property at Texas Wesleyan University Law School.
Ruben attained his J.D. from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington’s. Mr. DeLeon is a member of several professional organizations, including The State Bar of Texas, American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Hispanic National Bar Association, to name a few.

BRAD STEVENS is an entrepreneurial executive with a proven record of generating new business, building high quality service operations and delivering bottom line profit improvement. Brad has owned several successful staffing businesses and is the founder and co-founder of several startup ventures.
Brad brings an extensive background of expertise in the recruiting and staffing industry to the companies he works with and represents, over 25 years of business ownership as well as 35 years of general business management and leadership. Brad is an executive member and advisor of Strong Tower Partners and is focused on sales and business development efforts for Strong Tower Partners for Executive Search and STP Staffing for contract, temp to perm and volume staffing efforts in 41 states.
During his career, Brad has served as a member of the Economic Development Council for the Greater Dallas Chamber, is a Past Chairman of the Texas Chapter of The Association of Work Process Improvement (TAWPI). He is also a past Vice President and Treasurer of the Dallas Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter. Currently he is actively involved with the Business Navigators (formerly the CEO Netweavers) where he has been a member since 2004. Brad served on the Operating Committee as well as the Programs Chair from 2013 thru 2016, then in 2019 he joined the Board of Directors for the organization.
In 2015, Brad was asked by the Dallas Federal Reserve to become a Beige Book contact to provide input regarding staffing industry trends in the North Texas market - and continues in this role today. Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
